Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Draw with Scout (the "App"), provided by Gina Lauver. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a child, you agree on their behalf.

⚠️ The App Is Not a Babysitter

Draw with Scout is a children's activity — it is not a babysitter, childcare service, or substitute for adult supervision. A parent or guardian remains fully responsible for supervising their child at all times while the child uses the App. While the App is designed to keep children engaged within a calm drawing experience, it is not a safety or childcare service and must never be relied upon as one.

You acknowledge and agree that you — not Gina Lauver — are solely responsible for your child's safety, supervision, conduct, and wellbeing before, during, and after using the App. Never leave a child unattended in reliance on the App.

Who May Use the App

The App is intended for children to use under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If a user is under 16, a parent or guardian must approve the account before the child may use the full App, and the parent/guardian accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping the parent PIN confidential. Please provide accurate information, including an accurate date of birth for age verification.

Subscriptions & Payment

  • The App offers an optional paid subscription ("Premium") billed through your Apple ID.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings.
  • Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may change with notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, and content, is owned by Gina Lauver and protected by law. Artwork a child creates belongs to the child/family.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gina Lauver is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
